this truck is very unique. You start by walking inside the truck, picking out what you want from the dishes available, and then when you are done, you go outside and pay. There is no fixed cost, since you pick out how much you want, you pay by pound with the measuring device outside. And this truck donates some if its proceeds to organizations to support the less privileged. (This truck used to be called Net Appetit)
